Solve your doubts with the question function!
First of all, we have introduced a question function that allows you to ask questions about products!
Now, if you have any questions about the details of the product, you can feel free to ask them.
Click the "Ask a Question" button at the bottom of each product page to open a question form.
Simply enter your name, email address, and question details in the question form and submit. You will receive an email notification as soon as a response is received.
We hope you can resolve any concerns or questions you may have before purchasing!
Write a review and get a coupon!
Next, we implemented a feature that allows users to write product reviews.
We would be honored to receive your impressions and opinions regarding the products you have purchased.
You can write a review using the "Write a review" button at the bottom of the product page. However, this feature is only available to customers who have purchased the product.
Additionally, as a token of our gratitude, we are giving away a 1,000 yen coupon* to customers who cooperate with us in their reviews, which they can use on their next purchase!
The coupon code will be sent to your registered email address, so please enjoy shopping at a great value.
*Coupons can be used for purchases of 5,000 yen or more.
Valid for 60 days after acquisition.
