Attention|ATTENTION

Custom lightsabers are products that can be enjoyed safely and for a long time if you follow the correct usage instructions and precautions.
Please check the following points to ensure safe use.

Usage notes

  • Blade compatibility: Do not use a 7/8 inch or other different size blade on a 1 inch compatible saver. This may cause the connector contacts to shift, resulting in a malfunction.
  • Intended Use: Do not use on people or animals.
  • battery:
    • Always charge the lithium-ion battery using the dedicated charger.
    • Do not activate the saver while charging.
    • When installing the battery, make sure to check the polarity (plus and minus) correctly. Installing the battery in the wrong direction may damage the circuit board.
    • If a built-in battery saver is left unused for a long period of time, it may become over-discharged and become unusable. Even if you are not using it, we recommend charging it about once a month.
    • For models with a kill switch or removable battery, remove the battery or store with the kill switch in the OFF position if you will not be using the device for an extended period of time. This will prevent battery deterioration, over-discharge, and unexpected power supply failure.
  • Infiltrated LED models (RGB-X, XRGB): Do not look directly at the internal LED or point it at people when the blade or blade plug is not attached. The LEDs in infiltrated LED models are powerful and may have a negative effect on your eyesight.
  • NeoPixel Model:
    • The recommended continuous use time is approximately 30 minutes. Please charge the battery after use.
    • Be careful not to let the pin terminals on the blade attachment port of the saber come into contact with any metal objects other than the blade, as this may cause a short circuit and result in a malfunction.
  • Circuit board, battery, chassis: Be careful not to let moisture or conductive materials such as metal come into contact with the circuit board or battery.
  • Do not use the chassis alone: When using the saber, make sure the chassis is mounted on the hilt. If the chassis is not properly mounted on the hilt or if you swing the chassis alone, it may be damaged.
  • Inserting the blade: When inserting the blade, please insert it slowly. Pushing it in forcefully may damage the connector or LED.

Configuration Guidelines

  • Proffieboard: The volume value ( #define VOLUME ) in the configuration file should not exceed 1800. Setting it higher may damage the speakers.
  • General setting changes: Problems or malfunctions caused by setting changes may not be covered by the warranty. Support is available through inquiries, but if a return or repair is required, additional costs may be incurred.

[Important] Regarding lithium-ion batteries

Custom lightsabers use lithium-ion batteries.
Improper handling may result in fire or explosion. Please be sure to observe the following precautions.

  • PSE Mark: For safety reasons, please use batteries that have the PSE mark. We recommend KEEP POWER batteries.
  • Storage location: Do not store in direct sunlight or in a high temperature environment such as inside a car in the summer.
  • No open flames: Do not use or store the battery near fire.
  • Keep out of reach of children: Do not use or store the battery in wet or humid places.
  • Regarding charging:
    • While charging, visually check for any abnormalities, and if any are found, stop using the device immediately.
    • Be sure to use a charger designed specifically for lithium-ion batteries.
  • Disposal Instructions: Disposal procedures for lithium-ion batteries vary by municipality, so be sure to check the instructions of your local municipality. Never dispose of them with non-burnable waste.
