How to remove the chassis of NEXUS STRANGER Ver.1
About the Chassis
The NEXUS STRANGER features separate chassis in the top and bottom sections, which can be powered on independently.
Removing the chassis requires the removal of screws. This page outlines the procedure.
The disassembly method for the STRANGER varies depending on the manufacturing date. If you have Ver.2, which features 5 screws at the bottom of the top hilt, please refer to the page below.

Top Hilt
The chassis can be removed by taking out a single screw.
Please ensure you do not press the buttons while removing the chassis.
Step 1
Remove the pommel part of the top hilt.
Step 2
Remove the black screw near the emitter.
Step 3
Push the chassis out from either the emitter side or the pommel side to remove it. Be careful not to press the button on the hilt during this process.
You can charge the battery via the Type-C port or by removing it from the chassis.
When reinserting the chassis, align the switch on the chassis with the switch on the hilt.
Bottom Hilt
The chassis in the bottom section can be removed by taking out three screws.
As with the top section, please ensure you do not press the buttons while removing the chassis.
Step 1
Remove the two black screws on the emitter of the bottom hilt.
Step 2
Remove the silver screw hidden underneath the emitter removed in Step 1.
Step 3
Remove the pommel part and then remove the chassis.
As with the top section, you can charge via the Type-C port or by removing the battery. When inserting the battery into the chassis, please check the battery polarity before installation.
When inserting the chassis, ensure the switch on the chassis aligns with the switch position on the hilt. Fasten the silver fixing screw removed in Step 2 at the position that aligns with the hole on the chassis.
