How to remove the LGT STRANGER Ver.1 chassis
About the chassis
The LGT STRANGER has a chassis on the top and bottom, allowing them to be activated independently.
To remove the chassis, you will need to remove the screws. This page describes the procedure.
The disassembly method for STRANGER differs depending on the manufacturing date. For Ver.2, which has five screws on the bottom of the top hilt, please refer to the following page.

Top side hilt
The chassis can be removed by removing one screw.
Do not press any buttons when removing the chassis.
Step 1
Remove the pommel part of the top hilt.
Step 2
Remove the black screw near the emitter.
Step 3
Remove the chassis by pushing it out from the emitter or pommel side. Do not press the button on the hilt side.
Charging is possible via the Type-C port or by removing the battery.
When reattaching the chassis, make sure that the positions of the chassis switch and the hilt switch are aligned.
Bottom hilt
The chassis can be removed by removing three screws on the bottom side.
As with the top side, do not press the button when removing the chassis.
Step 1

Remove the two black screws on the emitter of the bottom hilt.
Step 2
Remove the silver screw hidden under the emitter removed in step 1.
Step 3

Remove the pommel parts and remove the chassis.
Just like the top side, charging is possible via the Type-C port or by removing the battery. When attaching the battery to the chassis, please make sure to check the battery polarity before attaching it.
When installing the chassis, make sure that the switch on the chassis aligns with the switch on the hilt. Fix the silver fixing screw removed in step 2 so that it aligns with the hole on the chassis.
