Shipping information

For standard delivery, your order will be delivered within 5 business days from the order date (payment date).

However, this excludes the following cases:
・Products for which a delivery date or delivery period has been set in advance. *1
・When there is a prior notification of shipping delay.
・When there are long national holidays such as public holidays, Obon holidays, or New Year holidays.
・During periods of high order volume, such as during new product launches.

Regarding *1:

The delivery period is stated on each product page. Items in stock are shipped within 5 business days, but for items with a specified delivery period, the delivery period stated on the product page will be the estimated shipping time.

Other notes
・Delivery time is a service provided by the shipping company, so delivery may not be possible at the specified time due to weather or traffic conditions.
・In some areas (rural areas, islands), time cannot be specified, so delivery may not be possible at your desired time. We appreciate your understanding.
