Shipping information

For standard shipping, your order will be delivered within 5 business days from the date of order (payment).

However, the following cases are excluded:
・Products with a predetermined delivery date or delivery period. *1
- If there is advance notice of a shipping delay.
- When there are long national holidays, Obon holidays, New Year's holidays, etc.
- When there is a surge in orders due to new product sales, etc.

Regarding *1:

The delivery period is listed on each product page. Items that are in stock will be shipped within 5 business days, but for items with a specified delivery period, the delivery period on the product page will be the estimated delivery time.

Other notes: Specifying delivery times is a service provided by the shipping company, so delivery may not be possible on the specified date and time due to weather or traffic conditions, etc.
・Please note that in some areas (counties and islands), it is not possible to specify a delivery time, so we may not be able to deliver at the time you wish.
