About delivery and shipping charges

For regular shipping, your order will be delivered within 5 business days from the date of order (payment).

However, the following cases are excluded.

The delivery period is indicated on each product page. Items in stock will be shipped within 5 business days, but for items with a specified delivery period, the delivery period on the product page will be the shipping estimate.

Other notes: Specifying a delivery time is at the discretion of the shipping company, so delivery may not be possible on the specified date and time due to weather or traffic conditions, etc.
・Please note that in some areas (counties and islands), it is not possible to specify a delivery time, so we may not be able to deliver at the time you wish to receive your order.
