Shipping Delays for Some Products Due to the Reiwa 8 Kumamoto Earthquake

Due to the earthquake that occurred on July 28, 2026, Japan Post and other delivery companies have suspended acceptance or are experiencing significant delays for packages originating from or destined for Kumamoto Prefecture.
Consequently, our store is also experiencing a temporary suspension of Yu-Pack services, leading to a temporary halt in product shipments and delays in package arrivals. Furthermore, depending on the delivery status of each shipping company, there is a possibility that some products may be delayed in arriving at our store from the manufacturer.
For orders already placed and some items awaiting collection, we will promptly proceed with shipping arrangements as soon as the resumption of delivery services is confirmed.
