Please be advised that due to the Lunar New Year holidays of our partner manufacturer, there may be delays in manufacturing and shipping during the following period.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and orders placed during this period will be handled as follows:

• Orders placed by 12:00 PM on January 15 (Mon) → Dispatched according to the standard delivery schedule.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM on January 15 (Mon) → Shipping delays will occur.

We will do our utmost to minimize the wait, and we appreciate your understanding.

※Since logistics within China will also be suspended, please note that it may take longer than usual for delivery even outside of the aforementioned period. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Due to the impact of the Lunar New Year, shipments of NEXUS products are experiencing delays.
The affected order periods and scheduled shipping dates are as follows:

• Orders from January 16 – January 24
  　→ Dispatched from the manufacturer to our shop. Scheduled for dispatch during the week of February 17.
• Orders from January 25 – February 5
  　→ Scheduled for dispatch during the week of February 24.
