Information on holiday periods and delivery schedules for the New Year holidays

We would like to inform you about our closing period during the New Year holidays and the final shipping date of the year.

■ New Year's holiday period

Wednesday, December 31, 2025 - Saturday, January 3, 2026

■ Final business and shipping day of the year

Wednesday, December 31, 2025

*Business hours for the year will end at 1:00 p.m.

■ Business resumption date: Sunday, January 4, 2026

[Shipping Information]

Orders received during the holiday period will be shipped sequentially from Sunday, January 4th onwards. For RTS (shipped within 5 business days) products, the holiday period is not counted as business days, so shipping will be arranged from Sunday, January 4th onwards. *We will continue to accept orders as usual during the holiday period, but due to expected congestion immediately after shipping begins, delivery may take longer than usual.

[About responding to inquiries]

We will respond to inquiries received during the holiday period in the order they are received, starting from Sunday, January 4th . We will endeavor to respond as quickly as possible, but it may take some time for us to respond. In addition, inquiries received before the holiday period may not be responded to until after closing time (5:00 PM on December 31st) or, depending on the content, after Sunday, January 4th.
