This is the ELF TV version Obi-Wan model OBI3.5 (TV ver.).

The emitter is finished with a black dyeing process.
Although it has a thin neck, it can also be used for battle by attaching a Dueling Emitter.
*Please note that blades cannot be attached to Accurate Emitters.
