What is Proffieboard Edit (Setting) Mode?

Our ProffieOS-equipped lightsabers have "Edit Settings Mode" enabled, allowing you to directly change blade length, illumination effects, and more from the saber itself. This is a menu function that lets you fine-tune settings without a computer, enabling detailed customization (setting changes) via button operations.

Edit Settings Mode (Proffieboard / FETT263)

This mode allows you to adjust settings such as blade LED length and color. It's characterized by a clear hierarchical structure and a low risk of incorrect operations, as the menu items are limited to essential settings.

With the blade OFF, press and hold "AUX + PWR" (for 1-button sabers, "double-click then hold" the button) to activate Edit Settings mode.

1-Button Type

Function Item Function Description Operation Method
Activate Edit Settings Mode Activates the setting change mode With the blade OFF, double-click PWR then hold the button
Mode Select Changes volume, brightness, blade length (number of LEDs), sensitivity, etc. Rotate the hilt during mode selection
Next / "Yes" / Increase Value Advances the setting value by one, or selects "Yes" Rotate the hilt to the right
Previous / "No" / Decrease Value Returns the setting value by one, or selects "No" Rotate the hilt to the left
Increase Value (+5) Increases the numerical value in units of 5 Hold PWR while rotating the hilt to the right
Decrease Value (-5) Decreases the numerical value in units of 5 Hold PWR while rotating the hilt to the left
Select / Confirm Confirms or saves the current item Click PWR
Back / Cancel / Reset Returns to the previous menu, or cancels changes Long-click PWR
