■Repair/Confirmation Details

• Both switches were faulty, so we replaced two types of switch parts. Additionally, to distribute the load on the switch when pressed, we created a jig and implemented measures to reduce the load and limit the switch's depression.
• The control box was received with two negative screws detached, so they have been secured in the accurate position.
• The wiring pattern has been changed. Before the change, the positive/negative and control box LED were directly connected, causing constant illumination even in sleep mode. As a countermeasure, the negative side has been reconnected to the Proffieboard's LEDPad, and it is now controlled to turn off during sleep mode.
• The firmware has been updated to ProffieOS 7.15 (latest version). Since the configuration data was not on the SD card, it has been newly created for HERO. The LED count is 130 (equivalent to 90 cm).
