This is the Darth Vader ROTJ model DV6 lightsaber made by 89Sabers.

Unlike the ANH and ESB models based on MPP2.0 (MPP2.5), the DV6 is a model that features multiple bolt-like designs on the main body.

The chassis is covered with a metal cover and is removable, allowing for smooth access to the circuit board and battery replacement.
